With a click of a mouse or a slide of our finger, we can find millions of answers, we just have to know the question. Here I will post the answers that I find to all the questions that plague me as I cook. Perhaps it will save you from cluttering your own mind.
I’m a little biased on this one, but this is a great site to help you select the right cuts of beef, determine the cooking method, and get the basic steps on how to cook the cut.
Often, I have to convert measurement and since I’ve already admitted on my blog that science is not my strong suit, you’ll understand why I choose to find a site to do this for me, rather than try to do it myself. This site works great.
I am a firm believer that quality equipment will make cooking that much more fun. I like that the things I have chosen in my kitchen make my life easier. I also like ordering online and having things shipped to me because I have a busy life and hardly ever can find time and energy to get to the store and enjoy the shopping trip.
